Policies and Cancellation Agreement

Cancelling your appointment within 24 hours will forfeit your deposit in full. No call/no show will forfeit your deposit in full, and require 100% full down payments in order to reschedule. 

Rescheduling: You are able to reschedule your appointment and transfer the deposit, once. Rescheduling again will require a new deposit before the new appointment is accepted.  

Lateness: please call the office or notify your artist if you will be running late. We will extend a 15 minute grace period, before cancelling your appointment entirely. If you are more then 15 minutes late you will forfeit your deposit and be charged a new deposit to reschedule.
